[TYPO3-calendar] create_event: missing parameter for categories

Hey list,

I configured cal for frontend creation of events. Everything works
fine but the category handling. Unfortunately the categories are lost
after clicking the save button. They do not appear on the confirm page
and they are not written to the calendar event.

Is this a known problem?
