[TYPO3-calendar] new category handling

this seem to work!
Thank you.

One drawback:
If there is no related Event I get

Calendar Base Error
Message: Missing or wrong parameter. The event you are looking for 
could not be found.
Note: Please verify your URL parameter: tx_cal_controller[uid]

insteaed of empty output!
Is it a misconfiguration on my side?
