Correct. Please deactivate your url-manipulation extension and you will 
see each parameter ;)
tx_cal_controller[year] => year
tx_cal_controller[year] & tx_cal_controller[month] => month
tx_cal_controller[year] & tx_cal_controller[month] & 
tx_cal_controller[day] = day
tx_cal_controller[weekday] => week
