You are talking about what kind of parameters?

My links look like:
***/calendar/2013/02/ --> Month
***/calendar/2013/02/01/ --> Day
or
***/calendar/month/?tx_cal_controller[getdate]=20130201&tx_cal_controller[categorySelection]=1&cHash=***

Do you mean to check whether the current url looks like /****/**/ or 
/****/**/**/  and so on?
Is there really parameter directly available in typoscript?
