[TYPO3-calendar] Bugfix release of cal: 1.5.1

Upgraded recently from 1.4.3. Fist look - minimonth view has gone - OK, 
custom made template - will need some changes.

But changing multiple category view behaviour to quite opposite way (OR 
to AND) is simply a disaster. Why is that? Or better - isn't it possible 
to do it in tt_news style - with both possibilities?
