[TYPO3-calendar] deviations not working / wrong weekview-link from w52/2012 to w1/2013

Hello :)

After I googled for my life without finding a solution, I'll try here now. There are two problems with cal base:

1. 
Weekview works fine, but clicking on the next-arrow in week 52/2012 doesn't relegate to week 1/2013, but week 1/2012.
Back from week 1/2013 to week 52/2012 works correctly.
Is that a bug?

I've created a record with a monthly recurrency on every first tuesday. That also works fine, even with exceptions (school holidays). But I need to change one of those recurrencies in date - first tuesday in February 2013 should be second tuesday (2013/2/5 to 2013/2/12). 
Constructing a deviation for this date was not successful - in front end there is still February 5th displaying (after saving, indexing and clearing cache).
What did I do wrong? Any specific cache to delete?
