[TYPO3-calendar] Day view - Time goes from 12 to 12 and then from 01 to 11

Hallo,

i'm using cal 1.4.0 and in the day view, the time of the left goes from 12 
to 12 and then from 01 to 11.
I would like this to be from 00 to 23 for ex.
The configuration in the flex form is ignored. I've set there : Day start 
time 07:00 and Day endtime 20:00
and this is in my TS:
plugin.tx_cal_controller.view.timeFormat = %H:%M
plugin.tx_cal_controller.view.dateFormat = %d.%m
