[TYPO3-project-4-3] setting the focus per tca

Hi!

Currently the focus is not set by TCEforms. The only focus action comes from the RTE which "steals"
the focus for a technical reason.

I suggest that the TCA may define which field (depending on type) will get the focus when the form
is shown. Additionally the configuration could allow to define another field to get the focus when
teh record is new. Example use case: "Text" or "Text w/Image" shall get the focus on the header
field when the record is new. When it's not the focus shall go to bodytext.
