[TYPO3-project-4-3] 4.3. beta behaves like 3.8 (and all that unknown DB-fields)

Maybe you can find out what could be done to get rid of this behaviour.
I think the initial reason was to differentiate between upgrading
installations and new installations, but the way you say it behaves it
sounds like that is not going right.

Would be great if you could analyze that.
