[TYPO3-project-4-3] PHP Fatal error: Class 't3lib_cache_Manager' not found

Hi all,

while testing the new "FORM" extention [1] I get a fatal error on a page 
with a sr_freecap Captcha (1.1.2):

PHP Fatal error:  Class 't3lib_cache_Manager' not found in 
/t3/typo3-4.3dev/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 4794

The error comes first with revision 5482. 5481 worked fine. I'm not as 
deep in the core to analyse the problem. So can anybody confirm this error?
