[TYPO3-project-4-3] RFC #8070 and #11107 image rendering

Hi Ernesto ,

px=pixels (in TS)

there isnt really a problem if you commit #11107 before #8070, but they 
touch similar files and you will have a little conflict commiting patches 
i think that it is a good opportunity to have both ones and to have a 
better "text with image"
