[TYPO3-project-4-3] copy all JS code to typo3temp

question or answer? Didn't found any announcement.

Indeed i'm surprised as i've written a filemerge + minify which 
generates a single js file in typo3temp. But it has a hash with version 
in it so with update it's forced to rebuild.
Further i think about cleaning these files with "Clear configuration 
cache" too. The merger does his job for any module or FE plugin.
