[TYPO3-project-4-3] Workspace Module - Migration of mod/user/ws to sysext/version/mod1?

Hi everyone

Thank you for all the input.

(I gave Sonja the possibility to do the workspace development during her 
working time.)

We checked all her changes and talked about the next steps.

We had to decide, that we can not spent any time in separating 
workspaces from plain version management, because:

1.) version/cm1/ is full with workspace code, the whole frontend preview 
pane on the right side, which also contains staging is in the cm1/. -> 
this is the only thing in version/cm1/ :-)

2.) it's already a lot of work to get most of the workspace/verison part 
into one extension, clean separated from the core, I think to separate 
this into version and workspace needs a complete rewrithe

Please take a close look at the source code or ask Kasper, it's really 
not an option... Kasper told us not to change anything in the management 
of version records it self.

What we will do is to migrate as much workspace code as usefully into 
the version extension.
