Jupp, we had this task at UXW - at least we felt a bit responsible for  
this.
Fabien Udriot started a CSS style guide (naming coventions), which we  
hopefully apply for 4.4

P.S: Of course, the style guide has to be finished and then approved by  
core-devs ;)
