[TYPO3-project-4-3] TCEforms extJsified

Hi,

i'm currently work on TCEforms with extJs support. First i replaced 
dynTabMenu with TabPanel, see screenshot. It will be an extra function 
in template.php for explicit usage.

I also did some tests with datepicker, resizable textareas etc. Mostly i 
struggle with CSS issues as there are a lot of inline styles, but all in 
all it looks promising.

I also try to use extJs tooltips instead of the css help icons, but 
there is some work left.

Any ideas are welcome for inspiration.
