Neither of these because first uses "Ext" namespace and the second uses non–standard namespace convention. It should be "TYPO3.state.SessionProvider" (Vendor=TYPO3, package=state, class=SessionProvider). The last segment starts with capital letter according to ExtJS naming conventions.
