[TYPO3-project-4-3] no prefix for TYPO3 BE classes

I have still hope for the autoloader. With it in place the uniqueness of 
class names is of more importance. *

Actually I even thought about restricting the inclusion of classes 
within (sys)ext to the autoloader registry if they have the extension 
name as prefix (except of course for tslib).
