[TYPO3-project-4-3] Is it time to ship optimized TYPO3 by default?

Has been suggested, but has the problem that the sources may not (should
not) be writeable.

Still I thinks a good option provided that the user is guided when the
rename fails and is encouraged to make the sourced read-only after
installation!
