When will FLOW3 be stable? I think that getting FLOW3 into 4.x is a good
idea, but I'm worried that the code isn't proven yet. So it's a big risk
for the Core. What I also would like to know how stable the API? Will
the names stay? Will there be a move to namespaces, etc?
