[TYPO3-project-4-3] Dashboard and News

Hi,

it would be nice to have Dashboard as starting module in TYPO3.
Beside rss-feeds there could be a official TYPO3-news section where the 
latest news is displayed. Important news can be read by any BE-User (or 
admin only, may be configurable) and displays
* new releases
* security issues

As framework dashboard from Tim Lochmüller can be used and adapted to T3 
look and feel. News can have a read flag so only unread news are 
displayed eg

Also "Important Notices" could be part and removed from "About modules" 
where it's now and doesn't belong to.

Is someone working on dashboard yet?
