Some questions asked and copied here:

- Deadline and timing of the project. 
Start in 6-8 weeks and last for no more than 3 months

- Which version of Typo3 do you want have as standard? 
6.2 LTS or latest version (7.3) and have a smooth migration to 7.6 LTS? version (7.3) and have a smooth migration to 7.6 LTS (unless there is a really good reason why we should go for LTS).

- In the list of web sites provided, the web sites actually on Typo3 6.2 require only templates and UX review or need migration? 
For the purpose of standardization: Would like to move them to version (7.3) and have a smooth migration to 7.6 LTS too (again, unless there is a really good reason why we should go for LTS).

- Do you want one Typo3 instance for all web sites? 
Actually we have different Typo3 instances and the big one contains 20 web sites and portals with good result. The best technical choice from a maintenance and reliability perspective. Keep in mind that there are different kinds of users, different companies and even customers of those companies.

- Do you need support in hosting configuration and Typo3 configuration? 
We provide the hardware with root access. Implementer has to configure them according to application needs.
