Conditions:

- Must be a true TYPO3 specialist (not a PHP generalist).
- Must be a company (not a 1 man show).
- Must have a totally or partially off-shored development team (we are looking to reduce costs).
- Must combine back-end and front-end (templating) development within its team.
- Must run exhaustive pre-delivery testing.
- Project management language must be very fluent English or German.
- Make use of modern project management tools and methods.
- Demonstrated on-time and on-budget philosophy and professionalism.
- Must have solid Western Europe or US TYPO3 project references.

- Ideally, the company, or its team-members, contribute code to TYPO3 project.
