I already had some offers from the community to support us and we are exchanging details right now to see if anyone of them will join the team. I made those appointments off-list not to flood the jobs list with tech discussions. We will add the results of our solution to the wiki here: http://wiki.typo3.org/wiki/Mssql

If you are interested in the background of our problem I can write you a pm too but I´m not sure if you´ve got the time for it.
