[TYPO3-jobs] dbal expert with MS SQL knowhow needed

The problem is not yet registered in DBAL bug tracker but indeed, I was 
told that:

1) driver "php_mssql.dll" / "php_mssql.so" does not exist in PHP 5.3
2) this driver seems to have problems with some versions of PHP

Other possible problem may be that DLL is tread safe with a non-thread 
safe PHP version, but I don't have more feedback at the moment.

I have not tested it yet though. However I'm running a self-compiled 
php_mssql.so driver on Mac OS X with PHP5.3 to access a WinXP-hosted 
MSSQL database without problem.
