[TYPO3-jobs] Typo3 freesite ext enhancements

Hi Elijah,

I have installed 'freesite' extension on my local typo3 but it seems 
don't working - it doesn't create new site for me. Maybe I've missed 
some configuration. But I've take a look to source code of it and I 
guess this is not a problem to create frontend extension which will 
implement backend functionality.

Also I feel not clear about 'registration'. Did you meant 
backend/frontend user registration? If so why you don't want to use 
exists extensions for that purpose?
