[TYPO3-jobs] Typo3 freesite ext enhancements

Hi,

It's the extension 'freesite' which is downloable in the TER, it's 
basically a backend ext but I needed an extra frontend plugin for 
registration (since right now I use an iframe for it, it doesn't look 
good this way). I may also need security fixes if you can spot any.
