hello,
i install 6.2.10 -> 2008 r2
next -> Get preconfigured distribution -> The official Introduction Package
Could not install distribution 'bootstrap_package'
Your TYPO3 version is lower than this extension requires. It requires TYPO3 versions 6.2.12 - 7.99.99 

last week ->  no problem ?

i install 6.2.12 -> 2008r2

install check -> 
PHP OpenSSL extension not working

openssl is installed and ok
php extension openssl ok

the install needs a path / variable ?
