So if I make a copy of the database and then do an upgrade and point to the copy I should know? If this is the case, will the currect version continue to work without interuption until I swtich it to the proper database?

Where and how do I access the database to copy it? Is this a tool in your service?

I am happy btw, to upgrade to the paid service if this will help me get support. This issue is all because the image on the page linked below for the first woman is not coming up and I cannot get it to come up no matter what I try.

All I really want is for her image to show up :(  It just stopped showing up one day recently and now it is stuck like this
