[TYPO3-install] change standard source location

Hi Guys,

the install tool core updater now expects the source dir one folder above the doc root
is it possible to change this preset?

on most controll panels you can't go this way
e.g. froxlor has the following directory structure
FOLDER_CONTAINING_ALL_DOCROOTS/customer1_docroot
FOLDER_CONTAINING_ALL_DOCROOTS/customer2_docroot
FOLDER_CONTAINING_ALL_DOCROOTS/customer3_docroot
so the core updater needs ../ in the openbasedir configuration and write access to the FOLDER_CONTAINING_ALL_DOCROOTS
thats impossible in productive enviroments.

also in ispconfig and plesk, the folder above docroot should not be accessible for webusers
