 Just some additional information:
I could recognize a connection the cache. When I clear the cache with the installtool and run the cli_dispatch script, everything works fine.
When I open a page in the fe no error occurs.
But now the error occurs again on the cli.
After executing the cli script and getting the error, the error appears in the fe and be too.
