[TYPO3-install] Blank page when installing TYPO3 6.1 on a windows server

Blank page means server error. Please enable error output in your php.ini.

Then PHP should tell you the real error message.

Is there any reason you try 6.1 instead of 6.2? 6.2 should be more fault 
tolerant.
