[TYPO3-install] blank page after fresh install of v. 6.2.0 - cause: zip-version of package

I have no idea. But if the folder would be really missing, than we would 
heard that from more people. Therefore I guess this is a local problem.

I can verify that the download that I get from typo3.org is complete.
