Hi there.
I would like to have a look at the typo3 CMS, but I am already stuck ... in the installation process :(
I downloaded the introductionpackage and wishes to install it in the typo3 subdirectory of my shared webspace. The part of the "INSTALL"-file with says "do not put it in the webserver folder but it should be reacheable by the webserver" is kinda confusig for me. I bet i already made a mistake here.
So alle files are in unpacked in that folder. If i open the adress domain.tld/typo3 I get the error message "typo3_src/index.php" (is that an error message? ). Nothing else happens.
There is no folder named typo3_src ... only a file with that name. But there is a folger named typo3_src-6.1.5.
If I open the adress domain.tdl/typo3/typo3_src-6.1.5 the error message says 'Calculated absolute path to typo3conf directory does not exist'.
I can not rename the folder to typo3_src because there is already a file with that name (I don't know with this might be an obstacle, but it kinda is).
I already created the ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL file in typo3conf.

I do have shell access to the (CentOS, afair) Shared Webserver, but no root account.

Is there any help available for this installation process? I am really desperated :(

Thanks a lot.

Greetz, Judu
