[TYPO3-install] can't get install tool password to reset

Hi,

Try forcing an error deleting the localconf (or renaming is _localconf.php)
 Then clear browser history on the error page, then retry.  The password
you insert in the localconf.php isn't the MD5 string, it' the password
itself.  So not e99a18c428cb38d5f260853678922e03 but abc123 for example.
