[TYPO3-install] Problem: Could not connect to SQL database!

Hi, I have a problem making the installation of typo3.
When I connect to the database gives an error: Could not connect to SQL database!
The installed programs are:

- mysql  Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.77, for redhat-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.1
   IMPORTANT: THE MYSQL SERVER IS NOT INSTALLED LOCALLY.  

- PHP 5.3.6 (cli) (built: Mar 17 2011 19:14:03)
Copyright (c) 1997-2011 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.3.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2011 Zend Technologies

- Server version: Apache/2.2.3

- typo3 4.5.2 introduction package

- Linux: CentOS release 5.5 (Final)

I use apache virtual hosting. One of the configured hosts I had installed Joomla and it works ok.

Configuration of directories in linux:
/var/www/cdp.udl.cat  (is the website that works ok. -> www.cdp.udl.cat)
/var/www/redunidadesdeigualdad.udl.cat  (here I have installed typo3 -> www.redunidadesdeigualdad.udl.cat)

Also create a file called connect.php with the intention of testing in different directories that could make the connection and it worked ok.
