[TYPO3-install] typo3 4.3.0 install problem

Although this is an old question I'll try to give an answer for
completeness :-)

Did you create a new ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL file or did you use one that
you had lying around?

When I had to install this file for the first time I created one and
uploaded it. The next time I had to install it I used the same file, but
by then it was to old and was not accepted.

So anytime you need to upload an ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL file you have to
create a new one, or at least use one that is less than an hour old.
