[TYPO3-install] Fresh Install --> File permission error when adding new page content

Hi Philipp,

Given that we are running a shared server on Plesk, the user is listed
as apache.apache. I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I'm going to
try following the advice given by Kaspar in the installation and upgrade
guide concerning multiple users and safe mode
(http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/installation/doc_inst_upgr/1.1.0/view/1/6/#id4131854)
and we'll see if it works.

Thanks again,
-Chris
