[TYPO3-install] Download of TYPO3 4.1.1 - corrupted files?

Hi all,

I downloaded from http://typo3.org/download/packages/ the two 4.1.1 files:
-rw-r--r-- 1 abc users 21072 28. Mai 15:43 dummy-4.1.1.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 abc users 21111 28. Mai 15:43 typo3_src-4.1.1.tar.gz

When extracting the files (e.g. dummy-4.1.1.tar.gz) with tar, the archive 
file is not recognized as a compressed tar ball.
> tar xvfz dummy-4.1.1.tar.gz
>
> gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
> tar: Child returned status 1
> tar: Fehler beim Beenden, verursacht durch vorhergehende Fehler.

The same error message is displayed when uncompressing and extracting 
typo3_src-4.1.1.tar.gz

A similar error occurs when unzipping the corresponding ZIP archives.

Are the package files (*.gz / *.zip) corrupted?
Anyone else encountered this problem?

What about file length of typo3_src-4.1.1.tar.gz - only 20 kB?
