[TYPO3-install] Missing in action!! Filelinks, SearchForm Labels, Login Form Lables, and all Plugins

Hello matt,

I think that they all defined in css_styled_content. Do not know what
is the problem.
If it possible try to install css_styled_content as Local extension.
That means that you need to install it into typo3conf/ directory. Also
check if you checked "setPageTSconfig" during installation..
