[TYPO3-install] No extension manager

You PHP needs more memory than it gets. Try changing the "memory_limit"
directive in php.ini.

If that is not possible, there is an extension which is probably useful for
you. It replaces the extension manager with a new one that doesn't require
so much memory. Maybe it works for you?
