[Typo3-install] tt_news, why doesn't appear in..

hello,

I am trying to use the tt_news plugin. Therefore i have installed the 
plugin, but it doesn't appear me the anything in the template section, 
include static templates where i can include also the news. On the other 
hand, i am doing something wrong, because if i want to add some news, then 
no kind of "plugin options" appear in my typo3 backend as appear at this 
link
