[Typo3-install] using greek characters

Did you change the Apache Configuration (httpd.conf) ? There 
you can change the default Page Language, like UTF-8 or Latin 1.
Did you also try to change the TYPO3 Installation and set UTF-8 as Default
Language? You should try both together.
