[Typo3-install] Basic Database.sql structure for Typo3 4.0 beta2

Hi,

I am trying to install 4.0 beta2 but I cannot find the needed basic database 
structure anywhere:
- No  /typo3conf/database.sql  found in the beta2 download package
- tried to use a dump of a Typo3 3.8 database, but the 4.0 has new tables or 
at least new fields in some tables and I get error messages in the backend

Any ideas are welcome! THX.
