[TYPO3-german] mbstring oder inconv

Ich suche noch immer nach einer Lösung für meine STRATO Nummer. tut mir 
ja leid, aber so schnell komme ich da nicht weg. Das Frontend ist ja 
Gott sei Dank recht stabil.
Nun bin ich mal wieder im Install-Tool und weil meine Fehlermeldung im 
Rahmen des GDLib Tests ja ausgespickt hat, dass irgendwas mit der 
Database Connection ist, habe ich im Bereich "Configuration Presets" 
geschaut und bezüglich der Datenbank diese Optionen gefunden.

Das aktive (Internal....) ist wohl nicht empfohlen, aber wie erkenne 
ich, ob ich auf mbstring oder inconv umstellen kann. Ich möchte ja nix 
kaputt machen.

mbstring
mbstring conversion is based on a PHP module and is usually the quickest 
option.

iconv
iconv implementation is based on a PHP module. It works well but 
mbstring should be preferred if available.

Internal core handling [Active]
Internal core charset handling is a fallback if neither mbstring nor 
iconv is available. It is very slow, deprecated, and buggy. Use this 
only if there is no other option available - and upgrade your system to 
include mbstring soon!
