[TYPO3-german] smoothmigration Modul fehlt im Backend?

Beim Versuch der Anleitung hier zu folgen um Typo3 4.5 auf 6.2 zu aktualisieren: [Typo3 link] docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/InstallationGuide/UpgradeLTS/Preparation/Index.html

Leider hänge ich beim Compatibility Check step fest:
"Install the extension smoothmigration in your old installation. This extension provides a module in the Backend that is able to analyze your current installation  in particular the installed extensions  and give you hints on compatibility problems."

Die Extension habe ich über den Extension Manager installiert. Allerdings gibt es bei mir besagtes Modul im Backend nicht.
In der Doku auf GitHub ( [GitHub Link] github.com/nxpthx/typo3-upgradereport/blob/master/Documentation/UserManual/Index.rst) steht, dass man das Skript über die Shell ausführen soll.

Ist die erste Anleitung einfach falsch und es gibt besagtes Modul überhaupt nicht oder habe ich irgendwas falsch gemacht bei der Installation der Extension?
