Hier ist ein Netter Quote von Linus, welchen du auf Seite 23 in dem Buch 
findest:

Es geht ihm also nicht im die Quatscher, sondern darum, dass jemand der ein 
Problem hat, sich hinsetzen kann und es lösen kann. Dann kann er die Lösung 
teilen. Daraus entwickelt sich immer bessere Software.

Um mehr geht es hier auch nicht. Nicht Quatschen, sondern machen. Oder "Code 
rulez".

Wobei Code hier für alles von Programm Code, über Artworks, bis hin zu 
Dokumentation geht.
