[TYPO3-german] total ausgesperrt weil wieder mal gepennt

Hallo Andreas,

sorry für die Verwechselung. Ich hatte das so verstanden, dass Christian 
  Typo3 4.0.4 installiert hat und da müsste das auf diese Weise zu 
beheben sein.

Aber möglicher Weise habe ich auch einfach alles komplett falsch 
verstanden ... so ist das mit dem Wald und den Bäumen manchmal. ;)

Wie auch immer - vielleicht hilft es ja trotzdem jemandem weiter.
