[TYPO3-english] change value of template constants or setup using hook

Hi,

i want to change a value in the TypoScript Constants Array (for the whole page) before rendering using a hook. Which hook would be the best to get access to the full constants (and/or settings array) before a page is being rendered?

Any ideas or hints would be great.
