The scheduler script is executed with the user _cli_scheduler.
Make sure that this user has access rights to the filemount. This can be set in the listview under the typo3 root: Add a new filemount to the directory you want the scheduler to read/write in (i.e. "fileadmin/") and edit the user _cli_scheduler. Then grant him permission to use this filemount.
