status update: proposal for typo3.stackexchange.com
| Before the site is created, it needs people to commit to use it. Right
now, it's 23% complete. When it reaches 100%, the beta will begin.

| 52% 105/200 committers in total
| 23% 23/100 committers with 200+ rep on any other site
| 37% commitment score, based on committers' activity on all other sites

someone used the upvote mechanism to upvote multiple article of single
users. But stackoverflow rated this abusage and removed the resulting
reputation points in the night after.
so gathering reputationpoints has to be done in a normal way (and no
ask questions, answer questions, accept answers and every now and then
do an upvote if you find a very interesting question or answer.
in short: just use stackoverflow as intended and don't try to cheat.
